New Administrative Capital
The new capital is located 35 kilometers east of Cairo with a total area of 170 thousand acres. The new capital is located between the regional ring road, the Cairo-Suez road and the Cairo-Ain Sokhna road.
The new capital is built on an area of 700 square kilometers
(equivalent to the area of Singapore).
It will include the Egyptian parliament, 34 government ministries, a presidential complex, a new airport, a central business district and an iconic tower with a height of 385 meters and consisting of 80 floors, which will be the tallest not only in Egypt but in the whole of Africa.
It houses the headquarters of the largest multinational companies, in addition to the tallest tower in Africa at 400 square meters.
A distinguished location next to the government district, which includes 34 ministries and institutions, in addition to the Prime Minister’s building, the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Administrative Control Authority, the Mosque of Egypt, and People’s Square.
